I never liked twinkies. I'm more of a swiss cake and nutty bar lady myself :) A tip though, the store brand version of swiss cake and nutty bar have less calories and less carbs sooo I usually end up buying those heh.

I don't eat either, there are more healthy foods I can eat that don't eat up my calories like bread and pasta do. On a very rare occasion, I will have a grilled cheese sandwich on wheat though.

No, she's actually pretty nice in her videos. Like or hate her though, her vids do get people up and moving around, where they hadn't before, and helps get them into shape before working with harder workout routines later down the road.
