I can't stand diet coke or diet pepsi, but I like Coke Zero and Diet Dr. Pepper. Coke Zero is a lot closer to a real coke for me, without having all the sugar/calories.

Buy some carbquik and make your own bread.

Wish we could spot check and put the weight back in the boobs :(

I disagree, you don't have to eat breakfast to lose weight and be healthy. I've never eaten breakfast, ever. Also, if you're just looking to lose weight, you can eat anything you want within your daily calories, it doesn't matter, you will lose weight. If you're looking to gain muscle then you cut down on the carbs and up…

I don't think it's anyone's business really. I never used one for my son, but he was not one to run off from me. People use them to keep their children safe, they're not doing it to be mean or demeaning.

I don't eat breakfast.

I've never liked McDonald's. Ever since I was a kid I've always thought it tasted disgusting.

^^This^^ You can't complain about something and pretend you know what the outcome is or what someone else is thinking. The person that came to you may not know your desire for the position. People are not mind readers. You want it, go for it.

I think it works if you don't exercise at all and need to lose a lot of weight, but it would suck being hungry all the time only having 1200 calories to use per day. Scooby's calculator is best to determine how much you should be eating imo. http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/

I'll be 40 this year and I lift as well. I'm in the best shape now than I ever was in my 20's/30's even though I have been able to stay pretty fit and lean all these years.

I agree

I love mmorpg's. Too bad there haven't been any good ones lately. I'm hoping Everquest Next or Camelot Unchained will breathe some innovation back into them, we'll see. Welcome to the forums.

Planks are great for abs, bicycles for those nice money makers, and leg raises are all the ones I do.

I don't have a problem with people that have surgery, but I think it's people like one of my husband's friend that bothers people most about it. He had it done, then bragged about all the weight he had lost to women he worked with, never mentioning the surgery, then after all that money and all that weight, slowly started…

Most anything from P!nk is great for working out for me.

Almond butter Hazelnut butter Pecan butter or Biscoff I make my own nut butter, just buy them and blend them in the food processor. Fresh and yummy.

Amazing, well done.

I second the Vibrams, nothing beats them, imo.
-
I love my Vibram fivefinger shoes. It's as close to being barefoot you can be with shoes :) Love em! I think Fila makes some skele toes shoes that are similar for about $40-$50 but I haven't tried those.

Fabulous

Well done!

Great Job

Terrible :(

Amen! I get sick of seeing those "I can't meet my 1200 cal". I just wanna scream, "How did you get fat if you can't even eat 1200 calories a day!!!!"
-
Vibram shoes are awesome, just had to say :)

More errands and cleaning I wouldn't count as burning more calories as it's probably very minor.
