Maybe try a different exercise routine to challenge you again. If you've just been doing P90x for the last year, perhaps your body is use to the routine and it's easy for you, so you're not being pushed to burn as many calories.

Have you been measuring yourself? Honestly, the scale is not your friend when you're losing weight. You lose a lot of inches losing fat and gaining muscle, depending on your exercise routine. Remember also as you lose weight to recalculate your calorie intake for losing as well.

A bit harsh, but sometimes that's what's needed. I don't like it when people sugar coat everything and when others play the victim card about being overweight because of someone else bringing in bad food. My mom would be the same way if I got real big, she'd let me have it, and I know it would be because she loves me and…

When you're down to those last 10lbs it gets tougher.Perhaps mix up your workout a bit. Sometimes your body gets use to the routine, your workout becomes easier, you burn less calories, and you're stuck in maintenance mode.

Well Done!

Maybe shake up your workout and do something a bit different. I think it helps if you're trying to lose weight and not maintain, to do different exercise routines. It seems like when your body gets use to the same routine you stall.

Great job!

I think a heart rate monitor is the best thing you can get to help you lose weight, if you don't know roughly how many calories you are really burning, you don't know if you're pushing yourself at your best.

Excellent progress

Drink water, eat protein, and you could try konjac root capsules, they make you feel full.

Now there ya go, nice, hot, southern man!

If I'm sick I work out, unless of course I was vomiting or if I had a fever, then I wouldn't. Thankfully, haven't had either of those happen though.

5 days a week, 2 days HIIT, 3 days weights, 60-70 mins each day.
-
I drink one in the morning after my workout, and one in the evening to make sure I get enough protein in my diet.
-
I agree, it really takes some hard work to get some nice abs showing.

There's a lot of workouts you can get on www.fitnessblender.com and then there's Jillian Michaels workouts, some you can get on youtube like 30 day shred.

When I hit plateaus in the past, I pushed myself harder and changed my HIIT routine up. I've just been in maintenance mode for a few years now though so I haven't had to experience the plateaus in a while but that always worked for me when losing weight.

I don't eat bread often so it's lettuce for me if I wrap a burger or something.

^^True^^

What an inspiration, you look fabulous, bless you.

I wouldn't think there would be much difference if they're both eating within their calories, & working out. Now there would be a difference in the bodies if one were say, not doing any exercising at all or if they were just running, while the other was a heavy lifter exerciser.

One thing: These days everyone is so quick to blame their problems and bad habits on someone or something or both, even pretending it's a disease, instead of accepting responsibility for themselves and their actions.
