I have to drink a cup of coffee in the mornings to wake up. It gets me started for my day and gets me ready for my workout before my day begins. Nothing wrong with caffeine to get you going.

People want their problems to have a reason other than them being lazy or choosing to be a certain way. No one wants to be accountable for themselves and their actions anymore.

Try changing up your routine and working out harder. Your body gets use to the regular routine and becomes easier to do each day, maybe need a change to get you over that hump.

I disagree with the persons that say you need to eat breakfast. I never eat breakfast and I do just fine, in fact I'm not hungry until dinner most of the time. I think you need to exercise. A good one for you to start with is 30 day shred if you don't have time to go to a gym. It's 20 min and you do 10 days of each level.…

Like others have said, try and fit a treat into your calories every other day or something. If you completely deprive yourself of all the things you use to binge out on, you will start binging. You're working hard, you deserve a reward for it, just keep it in your calories for the day and you'll be fine.
