I don't eat breads, pastas, corn, or potatoes. If you want something to help substitute for bread you can buy Carbquik and almond flour. You can make pancakes, biscuits, etc, just won't be a crapton of carbs using Carbquik and almond flour. I also use protein powder sometimes to make pancakes and cookies with almond flour…

It's a very good dvd to start with and you will definitely see results. Make sure you measure yourself before you start, because it will change your body. Remember you can always double up and triple up on them once you get stronger and burn even more calories since they're only 20ish mins long.

Well done!

I use to have a total gym, I hardly ever used it. I have a Jillian Michaels Ultimate Body Shop that's similar to a Total gym, it just sits outside in the garage. I find that free weights are better for me.

I like my ribeyes and prime rib, but I always cut the fat off because just biting into it induces a vomit reflex for me. It's just vile to me. I can't even eat the skin on chicken, it just grosses me out. I love the flavor it gives to meat but just can't eat it. Besides if I eat a chicken leg or chicken thigh or breast…

I don't think this is true. I've never in my life eaten breakfast and I'm never hungry until around lunch time, sometimes not even until dinner time. I think it's just how you are use to eating or train yourself.

Just have to be careful with the olive oil and not put too much, just spread your spinachon a cookie sheet, then salt and season them and cook them til crispy for just a couple minutes. I spray them with olive oil. Here's someones video of how to do it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2YZHJOLuA8o

It seems to track calories burned…

I don't watch the show, but I've heard JM was pretty tough on the people there, I just went to youtube to see what the hubbub was about..... I don't like how she's screaming at people but.... 1.
