My sister takes Konjac root (Glucomannan) capsules, it helps suppress her appetite . I tried them once just to see if she was fibbing. I took 2 capsules and a glass of water and in about 20 minutes I didn't feel hungry at all. She also takes them when she wants to cheat with some candy or other sweets, helps so you don't…

If she's a depressive person she probably feels very insecure as well. You should talk to her about how she's feeling, and how you feel as well. Try to find a compromise that the both of you can deal with. Perhaps she could bring a laptop/ipad/kindle...etc with her to go to workout with you. When someone is depressed it's…

I think it would be tough to lose 2lbs a week since those last 10lbs we want to lose is always a pain in the $#* Make your goal for a half a pound or a pound a week, otherwise you're just going to be disappointed and not eating right. If you're obese it's easier to lose 2lbs a week, but the thinner you are, the harder it…

Add olive oil to things you cook, eat peanut butter, sausage, and other nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, pecans, etc), add cheeses to your diet. Like someone else said you can use higher calorie bread and milk as well. You can also use protein powders for you a shake once in a while, you can also add the powder to make…

What is it that you find yourself wanting to eat that makes you cheat? If it's sweets, you could always buy a bag of cotton candy from your local movie theatre, the whole 1 oz is only around 114 calories, and it should be enough to kill your sugar cravings picking a little bit from it throughout the week.

Best for best taste, cost, low carb, mixing, & protein, I like Walker's Diet (Also has lots of other good vitamins, etc.) and I love Metrx Ultramyosyn Whey Peanut butter cup

I agree, they're both good for you.

I'm not, I don't drink alcohol.

It helps if you take pictures along the way. You see yourself everyday and don't notice even the small differences while you're trying to lose weight.

Kk, I was wondering because P90x with 30 day may be a bit much for one session per day. I don't know why more people don't give P90 a try before P90x, it's actually pretty good.

I lost first in the boobs. Waited til my goal weight to go out and buy new bras, heh.
-
p90 or p90x?

I'm not a big fan of eating just because you have calories left that you can eat. If you're not hungry don't worry about it. Why do people constantly keep telling others they need to eat more when they say they're eating plenty to stay full?

A wire brush would do it.

Sounds like a disrespectful jerk that will cause you nothing but heartache and pain if you stick with em.

I agree

I don't eat before working out, because I work out very early in the morning. On cardio days doing a lot of plyo and light weights it would make me sick.

PB2 is muuuuuch better.

Not no carbs, but I'm a low carber, have been for several years now. I get 50 or less carbs per day. I feel energetic, and happy eating this way. It works well for me.
-
Well Done!

I couldn't give up my caffeine. I eat right, I exercise, I'm a low carber and work hard to look good, no way I'm giving up my caffeine, it's my reward for all my hard work. :)
