I get migraines but I don't eat poptarts. I read that avocado and bananas cause them due to tyramine. I love avocados!

Did not know you could get a running shoe store to watch you run. Where do you recommend? Do chain stores do this? I have had achilles pain before from small tears and I'm afraid of injuring it again.

I can't remember where I read it but it's supposed to be better if the cereal has less than 7g of sugar per serving and at least 10 grams of fiber.
