I have the same issue (and while it may not work for you or suit your lifestyle) I just have breakfast quite late, about 3 hours after I wake up.

I'm a picky eater too, and some vegetables I just can't stomach, mushrooms are more or less the most disgusting food on the planet. You can always cut up bulk veg like zucchini or peppers small and cook it with stews/casseroles, I hate the stuff but you honestly can't taste it. As for food that will help with weight loss,…

I'm heading out the movies today actually, planning on taking some strawberries and sugar snap peas. Last week I was sat next to some dude who ate 3 huge bags of crisps, 2 litres of pop, and he also took his shoes off, it was rough.
