  • As far as the energy for 1,100 cals, I get relatively light headed sometimes, but then I just have some tea or fruit or something. Quantity-wise I eat TONS of vegetables, so I'm physically full I guess. I've upped my cal intake in general the last few weeks to 1200-1300, so I might bump up to 1400-1500 to see how that goes.
  • Oh I like the idea of zig-zagging my calories, that feels like a good way to stay on tap but keep my body on its toes. I'm going to give a go at some different things.
  • Porridge, oranges, a small bit of chocolate, a cup of hot chocolate (only 90 calories) One of my personal favourites is a plain unsalted rice cake (25cal) + 1tablespoon of mascarpone cheese with 1teaspoon of brown sugar mixed in. Spread it on top of the rice cake and you have a sweet that tastes like something naughty for…
  • I asked my doctor about this, since I have a calorie goal of only 1,100 or so, and basically a half of a centelope for breakfast throws me over my "sugar" suggestion. • I think the only word here are well done. Amazing job, I can't even emote how proud of yourself you should be.
  • A cup of Hot Chocolate with a touch of low-cal sweetener (90cal) Or if I play my cards right, a Galaxy Bubbles Chocolate bar (176cal) I also found 66cal chocolate ice cream lollys at sainsburys for 50p Satisfies my ice cream/sweet craving.
  • As awful as this sound... a nose job. I've got a jewish nose and it is really a down grade to the self esteem. My weight was also a source of self-esteem issues so I decided that I would never take the route to an easy fix until I sorted out the tough stuff, like my weight and fitness. If I still feel I need it once I'm at…
  • I calculated my BMR based on a completely sedentary lifestyle - 1600 I never add basic movements and walks anywhere unless I take a significant walk over 2 miles. I will add my time at the gym, but if I did 30 minutes on the arc trainer, I'll put it into MFP as 20 minutes because it is better to slightly underestimate and…
