Potassium is the easy requirement to meet. Most fruit is loaded with it. I get the bulk of mine from baby spinach leaves. Eat them raw or as a salad. I also mix some in my protien shakes in the morning.

Monday you said you were sick. Did you by chance have a lot of soup that day? Would account for extra sodium intake. Also are you eating back your workout calories? Burning that much calories in a day/week, your body could of slowed down your metabulism.

There is that stupid banner add that pops up on top here that always shows the banana and says "5 foods that cause belly fat", or something like that. I say eat them and enjoy.

Cut up a sweet potato chip thin. Add 1 or 2 teaspoons of olive oil and bake for 20-30 minutes. Not sure what the nutrition content is but tastes awesome!!

I put a tablespoon of it in my protien shake every morning. I've also put it in yogurt and didn't taste it in there.

YMCA now that my work pays for it. Before that was at anytime fitness. Both have their pro's n con's.

Get that thought out of your head. You may never get to "chicken legs" dimensions, but you certainly can get down to a healthier weight.

Now you know why it was on sale lol. I like mine pan fried with the pan coated with spray on olive oil. It is crispier that way.

I had some free time on my hands at work so did a rough tabulation. By my count on this thread, approximatly 6,591.35 pounds was shed. To put that into perspective, that's the average curb weight of an F150 pickup truck. Pretty awsome accomplishment when you see it broke down like that.
