Where is everybody?
I was hoping that this group would be more active. There has been a lot of good bar training videos posted on youtube lately. I am currently at 13 unassisted pull-ups now. I want to get to 20 and then start trying to do some muscleups. Hows everyone else doing?

Going over on sugar
So I've been going over daily on sugars and am wondering if since they are mostly from fruit, if this is okay or is it still considered bad? I ramped up eating fruits to meet my potassium but that also brought up the sugars consequently. Am I okay with this? My diary is open for review.

Does your employer promote healthy lifestyles?
I'd say over the last few years, the company that I work for has taken great strides to promote healthy living. 2010 they started doing wellness screenings and health coaching sessions.
