Polar FT7 question

Today was my first day using mine and I like it so far. One feature I noticed right away that I didn't see advertised or mentioned is that it projects your heart rate to whatever piece of cardio equipment I'm using. As cool as that was, I noticed that it was also posting on the person to my rights machine as well. That being said, is there a way to turn that feature off? I couldn't find anything in the instructions.

    I HATE that! There is not a way I know of to shut it off. I even asked the people that work at my gym. They had no idea how to stop the machines from doing it either
