I log everything......EVERYTHING. I even log the little things like chia seeds and flax seeds and vitamins. It may seem trivial in the moment, but it all adds up at the end of the day. Gum? Do they even have that in the food database?

Several things already mentioned that I will reemphasize, is eat back more calories and especially take in more protein. Not sure what your work out regimine is, but if your not lifting (doing only cardio) this will help with not losing lean body mass. Also I'd recomend swapping out the fiber and monitor sodium intake.…

I like to do the same. Particularly the keeping it casual and not overly stressing about everything. Otherwise it becomes a task and you don't really enjoy it.

THIS!! If you have a YMCA nearby, they will have one. Even if your not a member, just pay the $5 or whatever it is and sit in there for as long as you can tolerate it. Water will be pouring out of you.

I eat 800 calories in fill in snacks and in-between meals alone.

Tomorrow will be two weeks into this. Who all has lost weight so far? I should be down 4 total by Friday.

I am a week into trying them. Can't say I notice anything having added them to various things, but I know they are loaded with good nutrients so I say go ahead and give them a try.

I struggled with sodium at first too. As you said, you do lose a lot sweating but I still try to stay under just to avoid high blood pressure. It really isn't that hard now to stay under. Just be more proactive reading labels when shopping. You can look at my diary for some examples. I do go over once in a while, but…

Usually 48 hours is the norm to contact the girl again after a date.

Do you log in your cheat meals? I find it helps to have a visual to see how bad I'm eating. I even log in any drinks I may consume on the weekend.
