I reach for starchy foods. I used to go for Chinese, but the MSG gives me a headache, so no more. Now it's ice cream or a greasy cheeseburger. Not the best choices, but I'm working on it. My question: What's your favorite way to exercise?

Cranberry juice is an excellent idea! I had some sailor Jerry once with cranberry juice, and it was amazing! My favorite cranberry mix is the cran-pomegranate. So yummy!
