  • Day 2 done today! I feel like I did better yesterday. I ran out of energy which is partly my own fault, I did it early this morning before I ate breakfast. That was the only time I had to squeeze it in.
  • I started today too. I was shocked at how "gone" my cardio was! I did all modified moves and kept moving. I've got a lot of improving to do in the coming weeks! I enjoyed it though. :)
  • Day 1....Done!! All modified moves for me, but didn't stop moving! Really looking to see improvement in my cardio, I didn't realize how bad it had gotten! I did enjoy it though (especially the last 10 seconds..lol)
  • Yay! I'm excited to see so many others started today as well. Cardio was tough, and I realized how out of shape I have truly become, I did modified moves the entire time, but didn't stop moving.
