I just started lifting two weeks ago and I've never had so much fun. This list made my day. I can't wait until I can lift heavy enough to be that 'unattractive'. :wink:

I just joined MFP five days ago today and every day so far I've done a 25 minute, low-impact Beach Body workout video in the morning. Today, I got a shakeweight in the mail that I'm planning to add to my daily workout. So, I'm on day 5 of my own, personal challenge. :)

This pretty much describes me exactly. I just about gave up entirely yesterday, but I white-knuckled my way through it.
