Unfortunately, I don't have an answer to your question since I'm still pretty new at this too and I don't want to give you wrong information. I can tell you that the first thing anyone's going to say is to open your food diary so they can get a better idea of how/what you're eating. I hope you get an answer that helps!…

@JenMc I do have quite a bit of weight I'd like to lose. Around 80 pounds. I guess I'll just have to step up the cardio for a while. I've been mostly focused on the lifting lately (because I really find it more fun and interesting). Thank you!

Oooh, awesome! I started on Aug 1 without knowing this challenge was here, so I'm glad to join you. I've hit every daily goal so far. Today is a rest day (although, I cheated a little and did some barbell squats in the gym). 100 tomorrow. Yikes!

I'm on day 8. I can't wait until I reach the end. I want results like the ones that get posted here all the time. :) Also, for those waiting on the DVD, the first two levels are on youtube, if you want to get a head start. That's where I started before my DVD arrived!

I'm on day 6 of my first try on it. She keeps talking about higher endurance levels and I keep not seeing them happen. :P I'm pushing through, though.
