Started this yeasterday! Day two was quite yummy, don't feel hungry at all. Discovered green tea again. Slightly dreading freaking lamb tomorrow but on Monday I will be over the hill!

BUMP :) I normally just use chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper & lemon juice :) I hate tahini but sometimes I add some roasted pickled red pepper (from a jar) instead of garlic :)

My bf (fiance actually) is 5 years younger than me :) and that's the youngest I went - I was 29 when I met him he was 24 :) I am 35 now and I'd imagine that the oldest now I'd go for would be 40 as I am not big fan of being Daddy's little naughty girl haha

To ensure that the roasted chickpeas resembles nuts you need to ensure that you dry it properly before roasting - I toss them in a bowl on paper towel..... once dry then into the oven :) taste as nuts :)

As I am trying to increase my protein intake, I m going to make a twist on hard boiled egg - cut one in half, throw away the yolk and stuff it with tuna mixed with either a spoon of super light mayo or salad sauce or cream cheese and have it with salad :) When I make it I will take a pic :o)
