You might not be eating enough..what do you have your calorie goal set to? Since you don't have that much to lose you might be at too large a deficit. Or if your underestimating your calories/overestimating calories burned that might be the problem.

You have your calorie goal set to 1200 which might not be enough for you and you're not tracking which could also be the problem like someone else pointed out. I would calculate your TDEE and BMR and look up other topics on MFP about TDEE and BMR.

I haven't done insanity either but I have a ton of beachbody workouts. JMBR is the first workout that I look forward to doing and don't dread and one that I've actually stuck with. I've just finished my second week and i love it.

Once a week - sometimes maybe twice just to see. But I used to weigh every day and then it became 2 times a day and the fluctuations ended up discouraging me. Once a week is working for me now.
