You don't want negative net calories. It would be easier if you opened your diary so we could see how many calories you're eating.

The best thing I learned to control my binges is never limiting any type of food. Everything in moderation. If I can fit it in my calorie goal I will eat whatever I want. Usually when you only have 5-10 lbs to lose your deficit should be smaller. So for me, now that I only have about 5-6 lbs left I changed the goals on MFP to lose 0.5 lbs/week. I have both a fitbit zip and polar heart rate monitor (FT4). I use them both because I don't think fitbit is as accurate for workouts.
