Invite him to work out with you! Tell him how good it makes you feel and encourage him to do it. I just recently got my fiance to start working out with me. He hasn't made it to MFP yet, but I have every intention of getting him here one day. :) Good luck!

I think I found my twin! 29 years old Height: 5'9" HW: 155 CW: 145 GW: 135 No idea what my body fat is, but I want to tone in addition to losing 10 lbs. I'm getting married in October 2013 and I want to fit into a size 8 dress and want some definition in my arms! I'm a size 10 now, so I think that's reasonable.

I have had over 50% of my medial meniscus removed in both knees due to injuries, so low impact is a must for me too. I used to be a runner back in the day and now use an elliptical. You can get going at a good pace (almost like running), but with minimal impact.

Thanks for the info on Skinny Fat. I didn't realize it until now, but that's definitely the term for me! I'm within a "healthy" weight range for my height, but I'm pudgy in areas. I always thought that cardio was key, but it turns out that strength training and healthy eating habits are the answer!
