I'm hypothyroid as well, it sucks! I just started back to MFP, I didn't do it for long before so I didn't get results. I don't really like to track food, but this time I'm very determined! Add me if you like:)

Same boat as you, 100 pounds to lose! I was 150 when I met my husband and after 3 babies I'm at 230:(. I have tried my fitness pal before but this time I feel more in control. I have NEVER been thin and I have decided I will not leave this world not knowing what that feels like! Anyone feel free to add me:)

Same boat! Went from 230 last year to 210 back to 216 again, ugh! I need to take this seriously! I only halfheartedly tried mfp before, but this time it just needs to get done! I will add you, anyone can add me too:drinker: :drinker:

280 calories with the protein powder that I have (I'm not sure how much protein powders differ, mine was 110 cal). But it's perfect if you're trying to stay around 300 for each meal, enjoy:)

I am new to clean eating too. Right now my favorite pre-dinner snack is a smoothie made with chocolate protein powder, a cup of frozen cherries, a handful of spinach and a quarter avocado with a cup or so of water.
