Glad I read this message. I didn't know what the 30 day shred was so I looked it up and started it today! I am excited to see how I feel at the end of each level. Hey that's great! I'm 24 and new to this site... my boyfriend works away from town most of the time and when he comes home I want to be a little more fit, maybe lose a few pounds each time he comes back... I think it's great that you want to surprise your honey!
