  • Yeah there's a lot of variation, even in the mens' sizes. I always have to try trousers on in about three sizes, and even different styles that fit me exactly the same can call themselves different sizes. Frustrating.

  • regardless of what we're told, 'cheat' days don't work for everyone. if i allow myself that margin, it just becomes a complete spiralling disaster and very difficult to get back on track. i find it much easier to just go healthy as much as possible.
