all calories, fat, sugar are created equal. you will not have the same body/fat reservations if you eat 500 calories worth of fried fast food as you would 500 calories with lean meats, whole grains, fresh fruits, and vegetables. Eating fruit isn't what made him very fat

you should think of all the sugar... and don't eat fruit after a meal because it digests faster than the rest of your meal but no, you're not going to get fat from it -_-

1500 sounds low... If you don't eat enough, your body will stay in starvation mode. I'm a 19y/o female, 227lbs 5'8 and I eat about 16,00-2,000 daily, workout 7x a week, and lose a steady 2lbs a week... maybe look at what you're eating.

I'll probably have that in the back of my mind forever because I've always been this way, but probably once I am a 1 digit jean size or I can shop in the regular clothing section rather than plus size, I'll feel fit... not "normal"

I usually do it while I'm eating because it makes me stop and usually when I get back to eating I'm already full so I can go back and lower my servings and it also gives me an idea of how much I actually need to eat because I don't get full fast.
