Nope, you look perfect.

Ground almond... :P It fills me up for longer! And Agave Nectar :)

AMAZING! You look so happy in the final pic, love it.

Don't want to disagree but I was looking into Glucosmine too and noticed how pricey it was... I ended up asking my mum's boss who's a foot surgeon about it and he said it was a waste of time/money for a 23 year old. So I guess it depends on age and whether you have the spare cash :P Of course, the jury's out on Glucosmine…

Do you have a decent pair of running shoes? If not, get some designed for road running with proper cushioning :) P.S - I find an ice bath helps.

Sounds like a plan! Just up it slowly and see what happens :) Everyone's different. Good luck with it!

Try 1,600 a day and eat back at least 50% of your exercise calories. You probably won't see weight loss straight away because your metabolism needs to get kick started again, and you might retain water for a bit. Just make sure you drink loads and watch your sodium intake :) Good luck! Patience etc.

How tall are you?

You'll be amazed at what 3 weeks will do to your running fitness. Maybe download the 'couch to 5k' podcasts? I think they're free and they build you up to a 5k run by using jog, walk, jog, walk intervals. Good luck! Running isn't easy; that's why we do it.

Great news, well done! Wish more people could see the light :P

What kind of things are you eating? Your diary isn't public, so I can't really help. What's your calorie intake? Height?
-
Yep. Stretching, proper hydration and protein intake. Mainly stretching :) And water...

You can edit the goal manually - click the 'My Home tab' then the 'Goals' in the blue bar and 'Change Goals'. In there you can put 1976 as your doctor has recommended. Just make sure you're not eating below your BMR (google it) and you'll be fine - I think your calorie limit will be more than 1550, but it depends on your…

Cheers :) As you know I just tried a body pump class today, so I'm hoping to keep that up for a while and see if I notice any changes!

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this - it was very informative! I think I need to start experimenting more. I definitely know the 1400 per day calorie intake isn't working for me. I just end up hungry all the time and it's having a negative impact on my ability to swim/run. I'll try upping it to 1750 for a…

With running, I'm only just starting out. So I'm only on 11.5 minute miles... I'd say I work out a lot harder with swimming, depending on how busy the pool is! I'll start with 1750. I've been on 1400 for a while now and nothing's happening. Thanks for your help :)

That first military thing said I had 12.2% body fat percentage.. I don't thinnnnk so :/ Where abouts are you supposed to measure your waist? Narrowest part? Or near the belly button?
-
Good effort :) What do you do on your cross training days?
-
I've only been running for three weeks and I'm starting to regret my 2012 goal already....: - Run 10k at the end of May! I'm up to 3 mile training runs now (with one or two breaks to stretch or walk), and I'm really hoping I can up my mileage in time for May... I didn't opt for the 5k as I usually do the 'Swimathon' every…

Hey :) I am! I'm about 151 at the moment, try to get down to 140-145. Tis bloomin' difficult as I already eat quite healthily and either swim or run every day... Feel free to add me anyone! Laura Edit - I'm 5ft 10 :P
