Just got mine today... feel free to add! P.S. I got a flex - does anyone know if it's okay to wear it on your bra, or must it remain on your wrist? Thinking about occasions when I don't want it to be visible.

They have to cover themselves for legal reasons - so they aren't seen to endorse undereating etc...

They put the dog and cat food on the UK one... and who the hell eats that much chocolate in a week?!

Bovril!

Ey oop! From Cheltenham area, lived in Sheffield for a while, currently trying to escape the hovel that is Reading.

Best thing I've read on the forums in a loooooong time. Congratulations to you both, enjoy your son!

If you only have 10lbs to lose I'd recommend working out your TDEE (http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/) and then just subtracting 10 or 15% from that figure. Drastically cutting your calorie intake to 1200 may just make your body hold on to whatever you give it... Worth a try :) I only have 10lbs to lose too…

Ooooh pretty cyclocross!

Hellooooooo! Wow, I never even knew MFP had 'groups'. I'm Laura - relatively new to cycling (started last summer and got my own road bike in October) and only on an average of 45 miles a week at the moment. But when the weather gets better, I hope to be out a lot more :) Please feel free to add me, I'm very keen to have a…

I'd have preferred Johnny Depp.

You've just made my day :) Happy Birthday, hun, you look great!

Excellent. What's your job title, then?
-
Copywriter for an in-house marketing team... dull subject but good pay. Going back to uni to study for my second degree in two weeks, though. This time in Speech and Language Therapy and I'm sure I'll love it when I finally get a job...

'I have a few minor comments...' (re-write it completely). Agree with this one. Normally after I've spent hours re-writing a colleague's press release or ad, I'll return it with a 'just a few tweaks...' comment. Wouldn't want to hurt their feelings, right? :p

Sorry, finally post on this topic - have you seen the country with the highest BMI is Tonga? Such a small island! I wonder what their staple food is...
-
"Did you know? If everyone in the world had the same BMI as you, it would remove 30,062,614 tonnes from the total weight of the world's population." Haha...
-
National: You have a lower BMI than 82% of females aged 15-29 in your country. Global: You have a lower BMI than 56% of females aged 15-29 in the world. Interesting...! Then again, it's BMI, so who pays any attention to that :P

Yeah it overestimates usually... It's annoying how there's only one version of breaststroke; because people in the fast-lane doing 'proper' breaststroke are going to burn a helluva lot more than people tootling up and down the slow lane with their cork-screw kicks and high necks to keep their hair from getting wet ;)

1 - nil to Jeebee. Awesome work.

Well done you!!! Be proud :) You've earned it.

Run, run, run, run... and run some more. Or sprint swimming until you can't swim any more. Depends really if it's angry-stressed or down-in-the-dumps-stressed. If it's the latter then a hot bath, squish cuddle with the puppy or cat, or see friends and chat :)
-
You rock :) That's amazing progress in such short a space of time... Consider me impressed!
-
'That's fine don't panic!' - from my boss RE time off. Sweet.
