I'm totally opposite on the chocolates. Used to love it and can eat a handful everyday. But not lately. Yesterday I tried to drink hot chocolate (my favorite brand), but end up dump 80% down the drain.

If it's hard to eat because the heat, try to eat something cold - like yogurt. Or drink something - milk, make a fresh fruit shake, etc.

Don't indulge anything, that's how many of people got over weight problem. Enjoy your ice cream in portion size. If it put you way over your net calories goal, and if you have some time, go burn some calories to make the gap smaller (if you like)

Sounds like you are doing a mindless snacking (regardless what you'll be snacking, which others have great ideas already). While in your "thinking" spot, but not snack time or not hungry, try: * drink water, tea * chew gum (something keep your mouth moving like you are eating, but you are only consuming 5 cal per piece)

I go home late everyday too, and go to bed late. It never bother me eating my dinner later than 8pm. To help with the hungriness before dinner, like others suggested, pack and eat more healthy snacks in between. There is nothing wrong even packing a salad for snack.

Cannot tell your fiber setting, MFP's default is way too low. At least 20g, aim around 25g or more a day. Noticed you don't eat much vegi... Beans are good with fiber too.
