* You are eating way over your goal (most of the time) * Eat more whole food, less processed food * Eat a real dinner (cereal, muffin for dinner???) * Eat lots of vegetable (green leafy), fruits. Cucumber, tomato are good but not the best, especially that's all I see you eat. * Cookie, or other deserts should be moderation…

1000 is way too little. You body is way smarter than you think, and it's not as simple as "calories in calories out". * Set your goal to lose 0.5 lb a week (you only have very little to lose) * Eat your exercises calories back * Eat more whole food, less processed food * Eat lots of vegetable, fruits. * Get enough fiber…

tofu is a great choice, but not the deep fry ones, they are really high calories and bad for you. I don't usually see beans in buffet either...

What kind of exercises are you doing or trying to do that you hate? One thing about exercising is to find something you enjoy doing. Then once you started enjoying, add a few different exercises (even the one you like less) to change around a little bit (don't let your body get used to a specific routine)

Nope and never. Look at Earnestine Shepard (http://ernestineshepherd.net/). Also I've had many MFP friends are older but no trouble doing it at all. It's about: * will power, self control * doing it the healthy and smart way * making it a lifestyle * learn to enjoy the process

- "Supreme 90 Day System" - a cheaper version ($24) of P90x, search Amazon for reviews. - "SWAT Workout Collection " - Does Bob Harper bug you? If not, he got some very good DVDs. Search on Amazon. (not the Biggest Loser DVDs, they are terrible, in my opinion)

Try ground some fish, season it and stuff in the peppers.

BTW, Tony's stretch DVD sucks too, in my opinion. There are far more better DVDs out there to do stretching.

Socks. I do find it's easier to do workout with shoes on. I have a shoes only being used indoor, so if I feel like it, I can put those on. But I usually just wear socks.

Keep doing it and eat all your exercises calories back (trust me, your body need those fuel...). Also make sure you eat right / healthy.

For books. I usually search books on Amazon, then try to borrow it from the library (including using the inter-library loan). If you like, then buy it. There are good books like: * Maximum Strength: Get Your Strongest Body in 16 Weeks with the Ultimate Weight-Training Program * Body for Life: 12 Weeks to Mental and…

My first pregnancy, I gain about 40lb. Well, 40lb for a small frame person like me is quite a lot. Baby was 7lb 11 oz

That's a tough one. Right now all I can do is keep reminding my 3 yr old that, if you are full, you don't need to keep eating and go play. Especially when I can see him slowing down. Often enough, he'll just stop and tell me: I'm full, and walk away.

I think FT4 has a little more feature than FT7 (I could be wrong, just compare two of it on Polar's site). But since all I needed functionality are covered by FT7, I went with that. No need to pay extra if you don't think you'll use the feature.
