One thing to say about that kind of noodles: "Instant ramen and cup noodles are very, very bad for you" If you want noodles, try Soba noodles, or something similar. You cook them from scratch, have better control what goes in with it.

Most of the deli counter offers "low sodium" version of the deli. Ask for it. If they don't have it, go to a different store. If sodium is your only concern for deli meat, you don't really need to go to any healthy store to find low sodium version.

There is no study said it's really dangerous, but said if you really have to do it, make sure wash your scalp really good. I stop dye my hair just to be safe. The baby is much too important to me (especially after one miscarriage) and I'm willing to sacrifice my look at this point. :P
