Oatmeal keeps me full through a morning workout until about 8:30 a.m. I put a teaspoon of natural peanut butter, a dash of almond milk and a banana in it! Yumm! Favorite meal of the day! I sometimes want to eat it for dinner!

I love long hair on me. Having it short makes me look 12 yrs old LOL! I give credit to women who can pull off SHORT hair and I think it looks hott when done right - just not on me! Oh and on guys SHORT and spiked!~

Depends on how you define a true beginner. I started with free weights ie. barbells and bumbbells. I also had a decent strength base from being in the military and doing the required physical activity.
