I have a cactus growing in my lung....they say that it wont start sprouting till I am in my 80s. What I think about is them grave robberrs 100+ years down the road who only find a huge casket full of nothing but cacti!

I have done my research. I use the forum to see how my research has actually worked on REAL people. It is nice to see how this or that has worked for other people who are in the same situation as I am. That and there is the social aspect of talking to a person (people) other than your computer search bar

Hello there! I just started a few days ago. I have 130 lbs that I need to lose...feel free to add me too. It is nice here that you can add friends that are going through the same thing with the same goals in mind and can help motivate and cheer you along. Someone who won't judge you or criticize.

Since I just started less than a week ago, I have been logging everything. But I am thinking that I am going to stop logging my coffee intake. I drink it black, no nothing...I sometimes only drink 3 mugs a day, and that has only been equaling out to 7 calories.
