I love it - that's a true confession! This thread is great to read cause I thought I was the only one that cheats at the same time I'm struggling to get to my goal weight. This truly reminds me that we all have hard days.

I know right...it's like the manufacturers of clothes for big people think that once we become a certain size we've suddenly gone blind or something...that we don't notice that the patterns and materials they make 'our' clothes with look like the leftover from couches and drapes. What the .......:laugh:

I did exactly the same thing, and felt guilty while eating it. I figured out that I'm not one of those people that can have a cheat day. Lesson learned early on in my road to a healthy life. So I guess it's worth it, right?

I only count the exercise above and beyond regular daily activity, actual exercise that I have to schedule into my day. This way I ensure that I meet my daily exercise goal.

Wow - so many of us out there with similar stories. I also lost 100 lbs and gained it all back. Now at my age I figure it now or never if I want to be a healthy older person and be around to enjoy my grandchildren.
