  • Hey! We seem to have similar goals, I need to lose 15 pounds to get to my goal weight. I joined myfitnesspal a week ago, and it's been great so far. Good luck, and feel free to add me, I only have a few friends on here but it definitely helps to have some encouragement!
  • Be sure and update us with what you think of the wii fit! I have a wii, but haven't bought the Wii Fit yet because I've been skeptical of how it works. I'm new to myfitnesspal too, and I love it so far! Just knowing I have to record what I eat has kept me from eating all sorts of junk.
  • This is a great topic, I always make sure to pick up: low-fat local yogurt skim milk oatmeal cottage cheese chicken (lately I've been lazy and buying a rotisserie chicken, but I can eat off that thing for several days!) mixed greens/spinach tons of fruit hummus brown rice black beans
  • Hey! Glad to find you all here, I just started yesterday, but I'm hoping to lose 15-20 pounds by May. I'm kresnick over at reddit, I'll add you guys here to help keep me motivated (as long as you don't mind!).
