  • Do you not like any cardio at all? I didn't used to but am now addicted to Zumba! (Fun dance classes) and burns in excess of 600 calories an hour!
  • For breakfast I try to choose something really yummy that take a while to eat! Mango is a good one but if you're mega hungry why not try porridge! I have porridge with semi skimmed milk a drop of honey and a handful of raisins, seriously so good and will keep you full for hours! :-)
