Made this for dinner and it was DELICIOUS!! I used chicken thighs instead of chicken breasts and it was moist and tender and absolutely full of flavor. Definitely making it again!

I get anywhere from 200-400 from running, and probably about 200 from weight training? I think I'll go with moderate, thanks everyone!

1/4 cup quick oats, Fage 0% blueberry acai yogurt, 1 tbsp Adam's pb, sprinkle of cinnamon. Usually I'll also have an egg and egg white scrambled with some cheddar cheese on top. I find I do better if I get LOTS of protein in the morning, otherwise I'm hungry an hour after eating breakfast!

Thank you for replying! I don't do too much other than my exercise - desk job and cleaning the house on my days off with a walk thrown in there on days I don't run. So it sounds like I'll set it at light then for calculating TDEE (which I miscalculated at first, TDEE-15 gives me 1650 calories). That factors in exercise…
