I did day 2 today and like someone else mentioned I had to take a pause to see how she was doing some of the positions. It felt like a faster workout though compared to level 1. I need to improve plank form, I didn't realize arms are at shoulder it was much easier doing it incorrectly!

I've also been doing it in the treadmill. I'm on week six, day 2, I determine the speed by how I'm feeling. My walking portion is slower speed then the running and I set incline to 1%.

A question for those who have the Zombies Run 5K training, is there a way to skip weeks? Last week I was so out of breath on the 3 min. runs and thinking there was no way I'd be able to do 3 and 5 min, but I did and it was somehow easier (for lack of a better word) than week 3 for me.
