  • The biggest thing that helps me is to avoid getting too hungry. If I allow myself to get hungry then it seems like it takes forever for me to feel full and I'll devour all "nasty" foods insight without a second thought. But if I don't allow myself to get hungry then I have much more control. Though you can't deny yourself…

  • I am a mother to 2 boys, 4 and a 2 year old. With working full time it's hard to find time to fit exercise in. I get up at 5am most days and run on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I actually find that I enjoy it as it is my "me time".
