The biggest thing that helps me is to avoid getting too hungry. If I allow myself to get hungry then it seems like it takes forever for me to feel full and I'll devour all "nasty" foods insight without a second thought. But if I don't allow myself to get hungry then I have much more control. Though you can't deny yourself…

I'm 5'2" SW this time around is 144 CW is 140 and GW is 125. At my heaviest I was around 180, got down to 126 then got pregnant. Got down to 130, and started to go back to eating habits. Determined to lose the weight and keep it off. Feel free to add me.

I am a mother to 2 boys, 4 and a 2 year old. With working full time it's hard to find time to fit exercise in. I get up at 5am most days and run on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I actually find that I enjoy it as it is my "me time".

I just want to say I am in the same boat as you. My problem, when I'm not watching what I'm eating, isn't with portion sizes, or types of food, it's with all the other junk I eat ie)chips, cookies, chocolate bars etc. Thus when I cut those things out I really struggle to eat enough calories.
