To pee? open, unless my rommate's boyfriend is over. longer visits? Closed. When I'm at home with my parents? Open; growning up we weren't allowed to close and lock doors. My parent: "I had you. I changed your diapers. You've pissed, puked, pooed on me. You have nothing I haven't seen before. Why are you closing the door?"…

My dad does this. He doesn't yell or scream. He speaks at a certain level and if you miss it because you're not listening, paying attention, or ignoring him then it's on you. My mom tries to use the silent treatment but it does more harm to her then us - she's the social butterfly. My dad and I are stubborn and…

Not with me. I like silence; I find it peaceful. Most of the time I only speak when there is something to be said. Someone not talking to me isn't going to bother me. My boyfriend however hates silence. It unnerves him and brings up negative emotions. Given him the "silent treatment" would be bad/potentially damaging.

At panera bread! We were there meeting the same group of friends. He thought I was cute and asked me out. I said yes and were started dating - lots of long dates multiple times a week. It wasn't long before we decided to give a relationship a try.

$0. I love black licorice!

1800 and these last 10 pounds are most definitely the hardest!
-
I'm at 1800, which is TDEE - 10% (a little more - 12.13% because I like whole numbers) and it took about 6/7 weeks for the scale to start movig downward again. I didn't gain during the stall but the scale didn't move downward either. Edit: also since I was active recording the intensity of my workouts it took a bit longer…

I'm guilty of this too whether they be obese/skinny/fit/unfit. I'll say something along the lines of " OH MY GOD I HAVE NO IDEA!! WHY DIDN'T THE FOOD POLICE TELL ME?!?!?!...but no really, I've lost nearly a 100 pounds and kept it off. I think I know what I'm doing. I don't jusge you so please don't judge me. kthanksbye."

Using TDEE and now I have a FitBit so I long workouts as 1 calorie just to record them. When I enter HRM info into my FitBit I only record calories burned through cardio (running, elliptical, etc).

Absolutely!! Great work and keep it up!!

So they used as a "polite" way of saying they think he should be with someone thinner? Tell them that they're incredibly shallow and ignore them.

I've had stretchmarks since I was 13 (so literally half my life) and the got worse when I gain a lot of weight. Don't care - still wearing my bikini dang it. I have them on my hips, thighs, and stomach.

from 1800 - 2100/day depending on how much I'm working out. Currently 121 pounds, not in maintenance but with a slower loss.
-
I alternate between almond milk and regular milk. Can't have soy milk because I'm soy intolerant.
-
paid more attention to what/how much I was eating, worked harder in the gym, and moved more outside of the gym. I'm guilty of loosing up on my tracking and falling into a comfortable pattern. To counter this I'm always looking for new workout routines, or classess, or ways to be more active outside now that it's spring and…

eh, in the US the FDA allows for a margin of error in labeling on +/- 20%.

I think that based upon "diet" and exercise that the body has a "set point." My food and workout routine supports a certain weight that my body is able to maitain. To lose or gain weight I have to change that routine. Do I think that there is a certain "natural" weight that your body prefers so it's harder to get away from…

Yep. Lost almost 100 pounds total and went from an 8 1/2 to a 7 1/2 (sometimes a 7!). My rings size has also gone from a 7 to a 5 1/2!

I prefer clean shaven by the boy has a bit of a beard. I don't complain...much...as long as it's trimmed and neat.
-
Without hesitation I would return it. Could I use the money? Yep - grad school was not cheap! It's not mine. It was not intended to be sold. Even if they can afford another one. It's her wedding ring! Morals, ethics, being a good person, and all that jazz.
-
The boy calls me "Iran" sometimes. He once said to me "You're like Iran. You're going to do what you want anyway!" :glasses:  It was a few weeks into dating and it's actually very true. I make no apologies!

People can suck. Even family. My parents didn't have a real wedding. They got married at the courthouse and spent the money they would have spent on a wedding TRAVELING. The family was upset that there was no real wedding - my parents said "Get bent. We're happy. Hugs and kisses from Europe." Do what makes you and your SO…

I love Freya! I have a number of bras and swim tops from them. They are also sold on Amazon.

The same for me. I shoot for an average of about 150 grams of protein per day (some days I have more, some days I have less). WIthout a shake I'll eat less bread/pasta/rice and eat more meat.
-
Yep. People ask why do I look mad. I'm not this is just the way my face looks. The boy also says "You look like you're mad at me!" quite often. I can't help it! It's the way my face rest when I'm not focusing on a given expression dang it!

I can't have coffee right before. I has a green eye within 30 minutes of a run once and it was not pretty. :(
-
iPhone app means that it only takes a few minutes. I can find a few minutes either in the morning or right before bed to log.

Shopped there for the first time last Friday! They're one of the few places I was able to find a bread that I like that doesn't contain soy. Their nonfat greek yogurt is also really good - and in the small tub cheaper than Chobani or Fage. The organic produce I get from them is also cheaper than WholeFoods. TJ has been…

ordered mine about a month ago and Amazon just let me know that it'll be shipping this week.
