I was actually able to give up creamer by finding a brand of coffee that I like! Some times I'll add a little cinnamon or nutmeg around the holidays.

I was introduced to Top Pot on a business trip to Seattle - now every time I go I can't leave without going to Top Pot and picking up Chukar Cherries. It's only a few times a year so I don't worry about the calories. Duck Donuts (there's one near my boyfriend's house) is good...but I only like the glazed one.

TIME - a lack of it. Working 60+ hours in a week during a busy part of the year means that cooking during the week doesn't always happen. I try to do as much cooking and prepping on the weekends as I can otherwise cooking doesn't happen.

started at 215 (size 16) - it was about 20 pounds before I went down a size. I went from a US 16 to a US size 0 (at one point). The smaller I got the the fewer the pounds lost before I went down a size.

Nope. I don't drink very often to begin with so I didn't have to give it up (even when I was cutting - yay 16% body fat). I work it in when I want to drink.

what he said! by myself or with my trainer (once a week) when I had one. I do not enjoy working out with other people. I have my plan and I know what I need to do so I'd rather just get it done. no distractions or interruptions (or talkative people :/)

I watch baking shows while I'm doing cardio and it quick turns into "how much cardio do I have to do to bake and eat this cake/cookie/whatever delicious thing I want to bake now!" I had to switch to Bones to stop the urge to bake all the things!

For me yes, I bloat up nearly 5 pounds the week before and drop back down once it's over. I've "gained" and lost up to 7 pounds in 10 days (3 day cycle).

yep. I go from ALL THE FOOD to none of the food. I don't force myself to eat if I'm not hungry because it tends to even out from when I eat at maintenance during the week prior.
