I have coffee with sugar and half and half everyday. I have 2 cups at 70 calories each so 140 calories per day. It is worth it to me. I see people talking about learning to drink coffee black, but that will never happen for me. Some things are just worth the calories.
Mango will also always be worth it to me.

Ice cream. Specifically Ben & Jerry's, but most ice cream will do. I also have a weakness for chocolate milk that can't be substituted with protein shakes.

Fat free cool whip. No lie, I had TEN servings the other day but it was only 150 calories and totally worth it.

    Taco Bell

Umm no . Giving the wrong advice

The good thing about Taco Bell is as soon as it's in, it's out again!

Weird to read "What do you find worth the calories that others might think is crazy?" as a request for advice. Question seems pretty clear to me.

Wine. Peanut butter. Chukar Cherries (if I lived in Seattle I'd be in trouble).

This. I tried Arctic Zero today and, well, would anyone like me to ship them most of a pint of Arctic Zero Cookie Dough?

    Butter. But fats in general.

I notice a lot of people are really quick to cut fats out for the sake of lower calories. I really think that's a mistake.

Yes. I am a big fat lover. Keep the sugar the fat is where it's at. ;)

Double dipped dark chocolate Cherry Ripe.

It's worth all the calories and the soul of my first born child (seriously, he's 25 and still living at home, someone must surely want to take him)

    Extra virgin olive oil.
    2 tsps = 80 calories.

I cook everything in it, eggs, turkey bacon, veggies, rice.
I don't like the texture of raw veggies but I love them boiled/steamed or fried.
I eat fried peppers with hot sauce almost everyday.

Luckly hot sauce doesn't have many calories because I use a bottle a week.

Alcohol. If we're going out for drinks after work or having after dinner cocktails, I'll always make them fit.

    Sushi. Good sushi. Mmmm.

Carrying about 4 pounds of water weight from Saturday's dinner. So worth it.
