I actually thought your opinion was well worded and perfectly within the realm of what she asked for... Good job. ~~~~ How about setting up overnight oats for yourself? Do it at night, grab and run in the morning.

I have no idea if I'm considered middle aged or not... but I'm classifying myself as such. I have 109lbs to go.... or thereabouts... I haven't been using this as much as I should so maybe friends will help?
