don't give up honey... there are so many exercises you can do without being on your feet. Get some hand weights and music and move. You can do several reps sitting in a chair with and without weights. You can do some work while lying on the floor. Keep your hurt foot elevated. You will burn calories as well as build…

I just watched on the early show that unless your cholesterol is high you should also eat the yolk because it is full of nutrients.

Our YMCA started Les Mill's Body Pump class. It is an intense muscle building class to music. It is 60 minutes long. On the plus side it is also great for cardio too. :bigsmile:

She can do chair aerobics and strength training. Her doctor should be able to set her up with pulmonary rehab and she can start classes. They also have workout equipment available for her use. Plus, there is a Respiratory Therapist there if needed. Is she currently on oxygen or regular inhalation treatments? If this is not…

Thank you, I have been logging Zumba under dance, fast. I also list body pump under strength training so I guess I am on the right page. :happy: I hope MFP eventually adds those two options to our list of choices. They are popular forms of exercises.
