Hi, I started at 298.6 and I am currently 17 lbs. down in three weeks. When I feel like I am not losing anything I workout another 5 minutes. I also watch my intake on salt. Just watch what you eat and workout a little more. drink a lot of water. It will come off.

Ok I love pasta so I measure out a cup of pasta and 1/2 c of sauce. It lets me enjoy my pasta without feeling like I am over eating.
