I stay up late every night, but i never start the day over til i go to bed and wake up tomorrow. You might wanna try sf jello. You could also get lost in a good book - read til you drift off. Just a thought. Becky

Sorry I didn't do Day 6 today. My whole family along with myself have the stomach flu. I'm lucky to be awake right now. Will make it up as soon as I can move. I did do my weight and measurement this morning and I am down 14 pounds in 5 weeks and 2 days. I am also down 13 overall inches in 2 1/2 weeks.

I also have more than 100 to lose. I have lost 8 pounds since joining here on March 9. I'm on here several times a day and I also reply to all messages. Ok let me better explain this. I had only had 130 cal. for breakfast - 1 serving of captain crunch and a 1/4 cup skim milk. Then the ocharleys food. My calorie goal is 1840.
