Start out just working out a little at home. Work your way up to the motivation to go to a gym

Well it's been 4 years. You're going to have to build back up to that. I'm depressed because five years ago I could do ten pull ups. Now I have to do a jump just to get one done. It sucks to not be as strong as you once we're. You'll get back there though. With more of that blood and sweat.

Nutrament had 360 calories in it and is pretty nutrient dense

Pecan halves. Pecans in the morning. Pecans in the afternoon. Pecans before you eat pecans. And pecans after you eat pecans. Lmao but seriously though, whole milk products, full fat versions of whatever you eat. if it says diet, you don't want it. Peanut butter. Coconut oil added to stuff. I was recently recommended mixing…

Same boat. I'm all over the place recommending pecan halves. Somehow I also lost a ridiculous amount of weight after having my kid. I find pecan halves to be an easy way to get calories in when I'm busy
-
The other morning I was in a rush and didn't have time for breakfast. I had about 50 pecan halves instead. Almost 500 calories. If you buy in bulk, it doesn't cost as much

I'm a breastfeeding bike messenger. So all in all I need to consume approximately 3500 calories to maintain my weight. Carbs 413 g protein 118 g Fat 97 g I've been researching foods and an trying to put together a meal plan that meets my needs but it's harder than just trying to reach a calorie goal.

I just search the food I'm eating and pick one to get a general idea like said

Awesome! I'm so happy she's getting better!

Me! Me! Pick me!

Yes it is advice. I was underweight and when I wasn't gaining weight I started eating more CALORIES, as per the ADVICE of others to do so. it's not just more food. Op might not be measuring food properly. Time and time again, the point has been made on this board that people who try to gain habitually overestimate hope…

I'm just saying it's easier to reach calories if you involve carbs as a priority bc they digest quickly. I understand the importance of protein but carbs are more important in gaining weight. This is what I gather from these forums and Dr Google. Idk what cico stands for.

Check out my diary. My net intake is around 2500 but my food intake in about 3000. So if you need 3000 calories a day there might be some ideas in there for you. Also, I suggest off hand, pecans, whole milk products, avocado, pork, bread, butter... That's all I can think of on the top of my head. Also try sense fruits like…

Pecans have more calories than almonds. When I'm done with almonds u have right now I'm moving onto pecan halves
-
I just want to point out that protein takes awhile to digest and makes you feel full longer. While protein is important bc it helps repair muscles, carbs are more important when trying to gain weight bc they digest quicker, leaving room for the next food

If you eat in a surplus without exercising it doesn't matter if its all carrots. It won't go to the right places. Stay away from cardio bc you'll have to make that up in calories. I'm going to add you so we can motivate each other.

I think op enjoys playing the victim and doesn't really want want help
-
I never understand how that worked for anyone bc it never never did for me. I think it's psychosomatic. Anyway she needs to find something that won't keep her up. Not something to rock her body into thinking it got nourishment
-
I'm glad you're going to see a nutritionist and I hope your health prevails. Positive thoughts your way

Sometimes you need to be aggressive but you seem to have an issue understanding that. Don't take no for an answer. Every single job I've had, I was not technically qualified for and were all different fields. Know how I got those jobs? Persistence.
-
Right? I took a job that was LESS than minimum wage once bc I really needed a job and recognized that you can't always work where you want with little to no experience.

am a licensed practical nurse. I graduated in August, passed my NCLEX September 5th. Started hard-core job searching. Applied to go back to school and finish my RN. When early November hit and I was still striking out for nursing jobs, I received my acceptance to start back in school in January 2015. I immediately started…

Woah woah woah I was planning on reading the whole thread before saying anything as I am new to trying to gain weight and am mostly using this thread as advice on gaining weight that op isn't truly taking. However "just a few weeks ago"? Are you kidding? Looking for a job is a job in itself. You need to be putting in like…

?? I want to know how this is perverted

I'm not sure about how fast the digest but try out almonds or pecans, rice, cheese, whole milk products, hummus, bread (I go for wheat personally), peanut butter .. Idk what else off the top of my head. Check out my diary of you want. I end up eating almost 3000 calories per day worth of food to account for breastfeeding

Look up a healthy weight chart and make sure it has the healthy weights for small medium and large body frames so you can truly pick your beat goal wight. When you get to the goal decide if you like it or I you need to adjust your goal
-
Yes. When trying to gain weight, carbs are more important than protein. When losing weight, other way. Since you're getting to put on mass, you need more carbs.
-
hey yo
-
yes. rice can give you a good amount of calories, and carbs without having to eat much. especially, if you use butter.
