There's a Vietnamese dish called Pho that I like to mimic. You can look up the traditional dish to compare my inspiration but basically I boil water with spices as my broth and ladle over my bowl of whatever I feel like eating for my "soup". I'm not sure how strictly Raw you are, I've gotten mixed feedback on doing this…

knee injury I'm recouping from so little bit of a blip in my exercise. Managed to walk on 04/15//13 3.5 miles and 04/17/13 3.5 miles Little over 1/2 way to my 50 mile goal for the month! 25.5 done!
