It asked me for my current weight and my goal weight and when I put in my info that's what it said.... nothing about subtracting anything It specifically said Eat this many calories. The Fat 2 Fit Radio site that he had a link too, I put in all the info that it asked for and for Lightly Active, it said I should eat 2206 per day to eat like the skinny person I want to be. I just don't see how that can possibly be right, it seems like so much

It's not that' I can't use all the calculators... it's that one site says one thing and another site says another and still another says something else.. There is an uncanny amount of sodium in take out fried chicken. they soak it in salt water to keep it juicy. drink lots and lots of water to counteract that and it should help.

i don't think I truly agree with the wrist test, mostly because as I got fat my wrists didn't stay the same size. I have a watch that used to be loose and now I can't wear it...

I am 5'11" and always got the "you aren't fat" "You carry it so well" garbage.. I hated that stuff even though I know they were only trying to make me feel better.. My starting weight was 261 na having lost 21 lbs no one even notices... I guess I do carry it well :) I can't wait to be below 200. My goal is also around 175…
