I agree with this except for the not eating at the same time bit.. I am a firm believer in having dinner together as a family even if it's just the two of you.

You just tell them that you are beautiful at any size. Beauty is internal. It doesn't matter what your outsides look like if you treat people like garbage and say hurtful things. But you obviously already are pretty if they are noticing how pretty you are :)

I had one once that smoked.. he told me " you know smoking is bad right?" I said yea.. he said ok... He never harped on me for it because he knew it would be wrong. I liked him :)

This too!!! My Mom always made us sit till we ate or went to bed hungry. And I never starved. If she served something new, we at least had to try it. If we genuinely didn't like something she always offered something else.
