Welcome!!! Always eat breakfast!!!! I used to be a no breakfast kinda girl just coffee. I have seen a lot of success by adding a good breakfast...fuel your body!!! make sure your eating at least 1200 calories a day to see weighloss. Drink water!! Good luck! Denise

I do not eat those extra calories. I eat what my trainer set for me 1200-1400 per day only! In 5-weeks down 16.9 pounds. I add more protien on high cardio days but stay within in my calorie range. (except on CHEAT DAY!!!! Then I eat about double my normal daily calories--Tonight...Pizza night YEAH)

I am working with a group for a Biggest Loser Comp. and they told us NOT to eat those extra calories for exercise. So I just ingnore it each day. Good Luck!
